Anuraag S is an accomplished entrepreneur and innovator who has dedicated more than 30 years to the fields of Creativity and Visual Merchandising. He has held significant positions in renowned organizations such as Aditya Birla Group, Landmark Group, and Future Group, setting high standards in his profession. Anuraag's exceptional achievements include being recognized in the 'India Book of Records 2024' as the sole Indian author to have written books on Visual Merchandising. Additionally, he has created specialized learning programs and continues to explore new ideas and skills to enhance his role as an Innovator & Creative Consultant.
Anuraag is a rare combination of logic & creativity, intelligence & innovation and speed & perfection. His vision for Pencilbox is to create functional designs which deliver results at optimum cost.

Anuraag S is recognized among India’s top 135 changemakers out of 40,000+ applicants across 24 states with the prestigious Visual Merchandiser of the Year award. The award ceremony was held by Forttuna Global Excellence Awards 2025, at JW Marriott, Mumbai on 9th May.
Anuraag's journey in Visual Merchandising began with the creation of India’s first VM Manual in 1999. Since then, the contributions have expanded to authoring 3 acclaimed books on VM, publishing 60 editions of THINKtank, writing over 100 industry articles, and contributing a review to the 7th Edition of Visual Merchandising & Display by Martin M. Pegler.
